Hot on the heels of Mother’s Day, Thursday 19 March is National Client Day – a whole day dedicated to showing your appreciation to your clients. Personally we feel that every day should be National Client Day (and we hope our customers feel it is!) but perhaps today we go that extra mile to make our customers feel appreciated. As without them there would be no Queen Bee PA and we certainly wouldn’t be doing our dream job!
We may be virtual personal assistants but that doesn’t mean our customers never see us. We believe in being ‘part of the team’ and it helps us better understand and anticipate our clients needs. Relationships are of the utmost importance and they must be nurtured.
So today our clients will be each receiving a special thank you note and, as a token of our appreciation, a carefully bundled selection of chocolate smothered Queen Bee honeycomb will be winging it’s way over – something to pep up the afternoon and remind our customers we care!
